MANUFACTURING DEPTH

SEVEN STAGES.
ONE CONTROLLED OUTCOME.

Every stage changes the tube. We control each one to keep the result inside your specification.

01

Incoming material

Raw material identification and verification against the ordered grade and route.

02

Roll forming

Progressive forming establishes section geometry while controlling alignment and dimensional consistency.

03

Welding

Edges are joined under controlled parameters to create a continuous, consistent weld seam.

04

Bead crush

Internal bead refinement supports corrosion performance, clean flow, tube-sheet expansion and orbital welding.

05

Annealing

Thermal treatment restores metallurgical condition and supports corrosion resistance and further fabrication.

06

Pickling & passivation

Surface treatment removes scale and restores a clean, passive stainless-steel surface.

07

Finish & dispatch

Cutting, finishing, inspection, testing, identification and packing close the manufacturing route.

WHY BEAD
CRUSH MATTERS.

A refined internal weld bead improves flow and cleanability, reduces points for scale accumulation, and helps tubes perform during expansion and orbital welding.

01

Trace the material

Identity follows the product route.

02

Control the variables

Parameters are managed at the stage that creates them.

03

Verify the result

Inspection and testing close the loop.
